About the Role

The Founder’s Office Intern role is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the founding team in strategic initiatives. This position offers exposure to high-impact business decisions and a close view of how a fast-growing SaaS startup operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founding team in strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Perform data analysis.
• Prepare briefs and presentations.
• Organize information for decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress.
• Assist in documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Support investor or stakeholder communication.
• Help with ad hoc tasks that arise from priority projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data collection, interpretation, and summarizing insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to create clear presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new software quickly.
• Demonstrated interest in startups, SaaS products, or low-code/no-code platforms, and curiosity about business strategy and operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintain confidentiality, and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor’s program in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
