Data Analyst Trainee

About the Role

This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst at MedTourEasy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with healthcare-related datasets.
• Clean and validate data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support internal teams and partner providers.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Apply basic statistical techniques.
• Assist in building or refining data models to answer business questions.
• Collaborate with team members to translate data findings into clear insights.
• Support ongoing analytical projects.
• Document methods and results for future reference.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills
• Foundational Data Analytics capabilities
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data
• Data Modeling skills and experience working with structured datasets
• Effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
