Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle:
• Creating job descriptions
• Sourcing suitable candidates
• Posting vacancies across various job portals and online platforms
• Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates
• Conduct candidate calling and preliminary telephonic interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring trackers
• Support onboarding activities and HR documentation

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets for data maintenance and reporting
