This is a 12-week remote fellowship program for transitioning military members.

The Team

The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team guides clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives. Services include:

• Valuation modeling
• Cost optimization
• Restructuring
• Business design and transformation
• Infrastructure and real estate
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Sustainability

The team provides end-to-end support and advisory services, helping clients navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
• Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Excel
• PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior exposure to consulting, organizational strategy, finance/banking, or transaction environments is preferred.
