Role: Admission Counsellor
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls to understand their academic goals and requirements.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Recommend suitable online UG/PG programs based on students’ needs.
- Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrollment.
- Follow up with interested candidates and work towards admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the CRM system.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of total work experience may apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Interest in student counselling, online education, and admissions.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, communicate with students, and manage regular follow-ups.
Location: Sector 2, Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 days a week | Sunday & Monday off
Compensation: ₹3–4 LPA fixed
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
