SAP Callidus Commissions Consultant

About the Role

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment. You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs. You will create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements. You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives. You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid consulting team in different phases of the project: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design, and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research (literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluation) and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs.

• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives for high-quality, value-adding solutions.
• Develop value-creating strategies and models enabling clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP Callidus Commissions
• Callidus Cloud
• Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows (added advantage)
• Crystal Reports (a plus)
• Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation in Callidus Cloud Commissions.
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
• One or two industry domain knowledge.
• Client Interfacing skills.
• Project and Team management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions.
• Certification is a preference.
