TIKI-International Finance-Senior Associate

You’ll work at the heart of global teams, solving real client challenges through collaboration. This role supports managed service delivery for finance processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, quality control, and escalation resolution within the Managed Services practice. As a Senior Associate, you will build client connections, navigate complex workstreams, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to interpret data, solve problems, and align work to broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing outsourced finance processes across client workstreams, including transaction review, data enrichment, and processing activities.
• Reviewing financial records, validating supporting documentation, and resolving discrepancies.
• Applying quality control procedures to monitor output accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service requirements.
• Handling client queries and escalations by researching issues, documenting outcomes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Performing data entry, reconciliation tasks, and process documentation to support recurring service delivery.
• Interpreting data trends and using analysis to identify process gaps, control issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting compliance review activities and reviewing financial documents against established guidance and workflow criteria.
• Contributing to process optimization efforts.
• Using digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and workflow systems to improve productivity and reporting visibility.
• Guiding junior team members on task execution, work prioritization, and accurate completion of assigned deliverables.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English proficiency (oral and written) required.
• Experience with digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and workflow systems.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrating client-facing relationship building in managed services engagements.
• Anticipating client and team needs in ambiguous situations.
• Applying critical thinking to complex financial process issues.
• Interpreting data to guide recommendations and decision making.
• Utilizing tools and methodologies to solve workflow challenges.
• Mentoring junior team members through feedback and coaching.
