About the Role
This is an Apprentice position in the ISR role at Arrow Electronics, designed for fresh graduates. The program is for 1 year and is extendable or convertible to a full-time employee (FTE) based on performance and role availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
- Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
- Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
- Perform basic problem-solving functions.
- Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements.
- Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt to the transition from college to the corporate world.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fresh graduate (Non-technical) - 2026 Pass out.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to express ideas with clarity for regular communication.
- Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Process oriented and a good team player.
- Good to have knowledge on MS Office: Basic Excel & PPT is an addon advantage.
