Operations Management Intern

About the Role

Deep Connection is an AI-native platform for children’s neurodevelopmental care, covering screening, diagnosis, consultation, and therapy for children aged 2.5 to 18. The role involves supporting the transformation of a promising model into a repeatable operation as the company scales its centers and school deployments. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and rollout of KiddiCove centres, including setup checklists, vendor coordination, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate school screening deployments: scheduling, consent tracking, on-ground logistics, and reporting back to partners.
• Build and maintain operations dashboards covering assessments completed, referrals, centre utilization, and therapy attendance.
• Document standard operating procedures and improve them as we learn.
• Track vendors, budgets, and purchase requests, and flag overruns early.
• Analyze operational data to find bottlenecks, then suggest and test fixes.
• Support partner and government pilot coordination, including timelines, stakeholder follow-ups, and reports.
• Prepare weekly updates for the leadership team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Comfort with simple dashboards and data analysis.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
• Structured thinking and the habit of following things through without being chased.
• Comfort working with parents, school staff, and clinicians with empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to visit schools and centers in and around Gurgaon.
• Good to have: exposure to healthcare, education, or NGO operations, process mapping or Lean basics, and experience with project tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana.

Qualifications

• Currently in the final year of an MBA.
• Strong interest in operations, healthcare, or social impact.
