Graduate Management Trainees

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Management Trainee role based in Palai. The program is designed to build future managers with strong functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset within SBI Life.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across key business functions to gain exposure to sales operations, customer service, underwriting, claims, and branch administration.
• Support branch business development activities.
• Assist in analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
• Prepare and review reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in structured training programs.
• Learn company systems and processes.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives.
• Support compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, colleagues, and external partners professionally.
• Basic knowledge of finance, insurance, or related business domains; interest in life insurance distribution and operations.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to structured training, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using digital platforms and internal systems.
• High level of integrity, customer-focused attitude, and commitment to ethical conduct and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work on-site in Palai and build a long-term career in the financial services and insurance sector.
