Service Operations Associate

About the Role

IndusGo is a government-authorized self-drive car rental company operating across South India and Mumbai. We are looking for a Service Operations Associate to oversee service operations and customer care, ensuring our fleet stays road-ready and our customers stay satisfied. This role serves as the central bridge between maintenance operations, vendor partners, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
• Review and approve service and body repair bills accurately and on time.
• Reduce vehicle downtime and improve fleet availability for bookings.
• Resolve customer complaints, with priority on critical cases.
• Coordinate with Fleet Managers to close blocked car cases.
• Negotiate with garages and workshops for quality work at competitive rates.
• Identify opportunities to optimize service and repair costs.
• Lead and mentor the service team.

Requirements

• Experience in service operations or customer support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and flexibility to manage peak service hours and weekend shifts as needed.

Prior experience in the automotive or car rental industry is an added advantage.
