Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Statements skills for analysis, reporting, and decision support.
- Solid Accounting skills for accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Effective Communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly and collaborate with clients.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) and familiarity with financial software or ERP tools are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment are important.
