Prior experience in community building, events, startups, social media, or operations is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Get
- Work directly with founders and entrepreneurs
- Hands-on experience building and operating a real founder community
- Exposure to startups, entrepreneurship, events, partnerships, and content
- Significant ownership and responsibility from day one
- The opportunity to build your network within the startup ecosystem
- Potential to grow into a Community Associate / Community Manager role
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just want an internship where they are given a list of tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, experiment, build relationships, and actually help shape Founders Wing. If you're someone who sees something that needs to be done and thinks “I'll figure it out”, we'd love to hear from you.
