About the Role
Build toward leadership in 6–8 months. Leadership trainees learn the business from the ground up, starting with face-to-face sales for a Fortune 500 water filtration brand inside major warehouse clubs. From there, trainees move into training new reps, running events, and leading a team.
Your Path
- Months 1–2: Learn sales, product, and customer engagement in the field.
- Months 3–5: Train new reps and help run events.
- Months 6–8: Lead your own team and events.
Pay
- While training: base vs. commission, earning whichever is higher each week.
- Typical earnings: $700–$1,500 weekly.
