About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst (Java) Backend Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java backend development and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise applications, automation solutions, and digital systems.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
• Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java backend frameworks (beneficial).
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, query optimization, and data-access concepts (advantageous).
• Microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend services, or event-driven systems (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing (beneficial).
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, scheduled jobs, background processing, or event-driven architecture (advantageous).
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies (beneficial).
• Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts (advantageous).
• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, encryption, authentication, and authorization concepts (beneficial).
• Application performance optimization, database tuning, connection pooling, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, observability, and troubleshooting (advantageous).
• ORM technologies, repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transactions, and backend data-access patterns (beneficial).
• Frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications (additional advantage).
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Java backend solutions.
• Willingness to learn new Java technologies, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates currently working in roles such as Analyst (Java) Backend Engineer, Java Backend Engineer, Backend Developer Java, Java Software Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
