Freelance IT Consultant

About the Role

ncloudxel Technologies is seeking a Freelance IT Consultant for flexible project support. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess existing IT environments, and propose improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT consulting advice.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver technical support.
• Assist with the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
• Document findings.
• Prepare recommendations.
• Participate in meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
• Manage multiple engagements and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• IT Consulting skills.
• General Consulting skills.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of common infrastructure, applications, and security considerations.
• Technical Support experience, including diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and supporting users in on-site environments.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate systems, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing technology roles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project-based or freelance work arrangements is beneficial.
