About the Role
Airolus Academy, an aviation training academy, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an on-site full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, creating, editing, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that align with the academy's vision and objectives.
- Research industry trends to propose innovative content ideas.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.
- Support the creation of visuals, including graphics and videos, for posts and stories.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video editing tools.
- Experience with design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
