Role Overview

As a Qualcomm Information Technology Intern, you’ll assist and participate in the planning, design, and implementation of technology solutions that support the decision-making needs of key stakeholders or business partners.

This Internship Supports Multiple Technical Tracks, Including:

• Data Analyst
• System Analyst
• Project Management

Based on your resume, you may be aligned to one or more of these tracks. Please clearly indicate your interest(s) in your resume.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September).
• Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later.
• Strong communication skills, organized, adaptive, team player, collaborator, and self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates actively pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation between November 2027 and June 2028.

Track 1: Data Analyst

• Experience in ML, predictive modeling, and creating test plans.
• Design & analytical skills: test execution and results.
• Root cause analysis for 2G–5G.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, optimization, and machine learning algorithms.
• Programming and visualization tools such as Python, R, and Tableau.

Track 2: System Analyst

• Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of production systems or applications.
• System specification creation and review.
• Ability to conduct QA testing.

Track 3: Project Management

• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to PMP or Scrum Master practices.
• Experience with Tableau for status reporting and risk management.

Internship Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay.
• Accrued vacation time.

• Furnished housing accommodations for the duration of the internship.
• Pay Range: $17.00 - $98.00

Internship opportunities may be available in the following locations, depending on team and project needs: Austin, Boulder, Boxborough, Bridgewater, Chandler, Irvine, New York City, Louisville, Raleigh, San Diego, Santa Clara, and Seattle.
