About PlayedX
PlayedX is an online portal for audiences to buy merchandise or exclusive content from their favorite content creators using their Coins. We want to become the preferred marketplace for creators and their fans. PlayedX is a creator coin platform where fans buy, hold, and trade coins tied to their favourite creators, unlocking exclusive content and earning alongside creators they believe in. Backed by angel investors, PlayedX is building a new category at the intersection of the creator economy, fintech, and social products. As one of the first engineers, users will have significant ownership over product architecture and engineering decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a mobile-first content consumer app on Android and iOS.
- Build a real-time coin trading engine with order book and bonding curve pricing.
- Implement creator onboarding, coin release, and campaign flows.
- Develop fan wallet, coin purchase, and content unlock systems.
- Create WebSocket-driven live price feeds and leaderboards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- You have shipped a consumer app that real people use.
- Strong in React Native or Flutter.
- Strong in Node.js or Python backend.
- You understand payments, wallets, and financial transaction integrity.
- You think in systems and own problems end-to-end.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and move fast without breaking things that matter.
