This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Data Entry Associate, based in Mani Majra with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting customers or prospects.
• Explaining products or services.
• Recording customer information.
• Maintaining accurate sales and data records.
• Entering, updating, and verifying data in company systems.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and documentation.
• Handling phone calls or messages.
• Responding to inquiries.
• Coordinating with team members to meet daily and weekly targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools).

Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate and fast data entry, including updating records and verifying information.
• Basic sales skills, such as communicating with customers, explaining offerings, and handling inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow processes and guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
