About The Role

We are looking for smart engineers to help build category-defining products. Your work will involve scaling AI agents, multi-agent workflows for risk and payments, and running agents on large-scale data. You will partner with engineering, design, and product teams to shape the roadmap, solve real-world problems, and build 0-1 products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship the user-facing product that businesses use to manage payments, credit, and collections on the Nuvo network.
• Write high-quality, clean, and performant code and collaborate to implement intuitive experiences.
• Play an active role in shaping engineering culture, establishing best practices, and contributing to team growth.
• Own features end-to-end, from design conversations through shipping and iterating with customers.
• Use the best tools for the job; impact is prioritized over specific tools.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals.
• A track record of building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end (internships, projects, or launched products).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
• A passion for internet technologies.
• Knowledge of trends in modern software engineering.
• Excitement to work in an early-stage engineering team solving hard, ambiguous problems with a strong bias for action.
