The Associate Backend Software Developer role is an on-site, full-time opportunity ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals. This role involves working across various business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve backend applications, services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital tools.

• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

• Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, messaging systems, testing frameworks, Git, CI/CD.
• Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, production-support concepts.
• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, encryption, authentication, authorization, basic application-security concepts.
• Application performance optimization, database tuning, connection pooling, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, observability, troubleshooting.
• ORM technologies, repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transactions, backend data-access patterns.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Basic to good knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, C++, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, clean code, and software-development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and system integration.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic data-access concepts.
• Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend services, event-driven architecture, or high-availability systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, scheduled tasks, or event-driven applications is an advantage.
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies is beneficial.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure backend software solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
