Test Engineer
About the Role
- Position Title: Test Engineer
- Position Level: Level 2 – Expert
- Salary: Up to $205,000.00 per year
- Core Hours: 9am to 4pm
- Location: Chantilly VA
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.
- Experience in/with software testing, preferably with web applications.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Testing applications built with React and TypeScript.
- Testing Node.js server applications.
- Experience with advanced testing frameworks and tools such as:
- Front-end: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
- Back-end: Mocha, Chai, Supertest, Postman, Newman
- End-to-end: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Katalon Studio
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Requirements defined by experience level:
- Developmental: 0-2 years’ experience
- Full Performance: 3-5 years’ experience
- Senior: 6-10 years’ experience
- Expert: 11-15 years’ experience
- SME: 16+ years’ experience
