About the Role
Restaurant Crewmembers at Raising Cane’s are a critical part of the Restaurant team, working hard and having fun. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided. Opportunities for pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations are available within the first year.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant.
- Take orders from Customers and process payments efficiently.
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
- Lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop.
- Ascend or descend stairs.
- Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience in roles such as customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier is beneficial but not required.
