This role offers hands-on exposure to live brand campaigns and cutting-edge marketing tools, with a culture that runs on curiosity and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) for eCommerce brands.
• Track daily campaign performance across metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio for internal teams and clients.
• Analyse campaign, audience, and creative data to identify effective strategies and recommend changes to budget, targeting, and creative.
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages, and report results clearly.
• Pull and clean data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify for reporting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear takeaways for brand managers and clients.
• Work closely with the creative, brand management, and Shopify teams to improve campaign results.
