Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Fire Insurance Claims professional with surveyor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site fire damage surveys at business premises and related properties.
- Document losses.
- Prepare detailed inspection and assessment reports.
- Review policy coverage.
- Collect and verify evidence.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the claims process from initial notification through to settlement.
- Analyze cause and extent of damage.
- Estimate loss values.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain clear records and communication.
- Regular field visits.
- Apply strong professional judgment.
- Consistent follow-up to help clients achieve accurate and timely claim resolutions.
