The Clinical Dietician will provide individualized nutrition assessments and develop evidence-based diet and weight management plans for clients enrolled in Nutridocs programs. In this full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, the dietician will conduct one-on-one consultations, monitor progress, and adjust plans to support sustainable behavior change and health outcomes.

• Interpreting medical and lifestyle information.
• Delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Offering practical nutrition education.
• Collaborating with fitness and behavioral specialists.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Participating in case discussions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Nutridocs protocols and client resources.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
• Manage a structured full-time schedule.
• Maintain accurate electronic records.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for tracking progress, managing appointments, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current evidence-based guidelines to diverse client needs.
• Expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Human Nutrition for managing weight and related health conditions.
• Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and client education for sustainable habit change.
• Recognized degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Relevant clinical certification or registration is preferred.
• Experience in clinical or weight management settings, with familiarity in interpreting medical reports and working alongside healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered, non-judgmental approach and strong cultural sensitivity.
