About the Role
Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment from sourcing and interview coordination through onboarding.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Creation of dashboards, MIS, and SOPs.
- Involvement in audits and understanding statutory process requirements.
- Identifying process automation opportunities.

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
