About the Role

Jotwani Associates is a well-established Indian law firm with over 15 years of experience supporting global businesses. This is a full-time, on-site PR Professional Apprenticeship role based in Noida. The apprentice will support the firm’s public relations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases.
• Create PR content.
• Assist in the development of communication materials.
• Coordinate with media outlets.
• Maintain media contact lists.
• Monitor media coverage.
• Prepare talking points, briefs, and presentations for attorneys.
• Support strategic communications efforts.
• Contribute to social media and online visibility.
• Ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to translate legal matters into clear communications.

Qualifications

• Skills in press releases and written communication, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate content.
• Skills in public relations and media relations, including outreach, relationship building, and coordination with journalists and media partners.
• Skills in strategic communications, such as message development, audience targeting, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of legal services or interest in the legal sector, with willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
