About the Role
Buchanan is a specialist recruitment firm partnering with leading law firms across the United States. As we continue to grow our Miami team, we're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join us as Entry Level Sales Representative. No recruitment experience is required. We're looking for confident, driven people who enjoy building relationships, working towards goals and want to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging top legal talent across the US
- Building relationships with attorneys
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
- Receiving structured training and mentorship from experienced recruiters
- Developing commercial skills and knowledge of the legal market

- Open to candidates looking to relocate to Miami.
