Marketing Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role at Royale Diamonds' showroom in Shukrawar Peth, Pune, reporting directly to Amit Nahar, Managing Partner. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire and the voice of Royale Diamonds online, responsible for helping the right customers discover, trust, and visit the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post reels, carousels, and stories for Instagram and YouTube.
• Keep the Google Business Profile up to date and reply to every customer review.
• Record every enquiry and its source.
• Work with the sales team on enquiry follow-ups and customer referrals.
• Share a simple weekly report on posts made, enquiries received, and reviews added.

Qualifications

• Experience running social media for a brand, with a portfolio of self-made work.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video on a phone or laptop.
• Clear, warm English writing skills; Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
• Ability to track results honestly, including what did not work.
• Curiosity is valued.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury is helpful but not required.
• A portfolio is more important than a degree in marketing or communications.
