About OLM

OLM is gym management software built for martial arts gyms, including BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, judo, wrestling, and MMA. Gyms manage check-ins, billing, waivers, and classes in one place, while members get their gym’s own branded app. We’re looking for a self-motivated sales representative to connect with gym owners, introduce OLM, and help new customers get onboarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call prospective gyms and connect with owners and decision-makers.
• Pitch OLM, explain how it works, and answer questions.
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
• Help the gyms you bring in sign up and complete onboarding.
• Keep clear records of outreach, conversations, and next steps.
• Work directly with the founder on product questions and customer needs.

Compensation

• This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
• You earn 30% of the payments OLM receives from each gym you bring in during that gym’s first 12 months as a paying customer.
• Commission is earned only when OLM receives payment from the customer—not simply when a gym signs up or completes onboarding.
• Your earnings depend on the customers you bring in and their actual payments; sales volume and earnings are not guaranteed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Confidence making cold calls and speaking with business owners.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage your own prospecting and sales activity.
• Your own computer, reliable internet, and phone or calling service.
• OLM does not currently provide a phone system or dialer.

Qualifications

• Sales or cold-calling experience is helpful.
• Familiarity with martial arts or gym operations is a plus.
