About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Article Trainee role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, voucher verification, and preparation of financial statements under supervision.
• Support statutory and tax audits.
• Work on direct and indirect tax returns.
• Assist with compliance filings and documentation.
• Conduct basic research on accounting standards, tax provisions, and regulatory updates.
• Prepare working papers and reports as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with accounting/tax software or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or having completed relevant professional studies (e.g., CA Articleship eligibility, B.Com or equivalent in commerce/finance).
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic taxation concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability.
• A structured approach to documentation and compliance.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Delhi.
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members and seniors.
• Demonstrated integrity and professional behavior.
• Willingness to learn from feedback and guidance.
• Prior internship or practical exposure in accounting, audit, or taxation is an advantage but not mandatory.
