About the Role
As a Video Editor Intern at MagicTeal, you will support the creation and refinement of video content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns. This is a full-time remote role, offering hands-on experience in a digital agency environment and opportunities to learn from a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage.
- Assemble story sequences.
- Apply transitions and effects.
- Optimize videos for various platforms.
- Assist with basic color correction.
- Assist with motion graphics integration.
- Assist with visual consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align video assets with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to perform Video Color Grading and basic color correction.
- Experience or interest in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, and simple animations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, or similar).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow creative direction.
- Openness to feedback and iteration.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (film, media, design, or related field) is a plus, but not required.
Stipend: ₹5,000/- to ₹7,000/-
