About the Role
AlphaBEST Education is hiring for its After School Programs. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you will help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help children learn, grow, and thrive. This role offers experience working with children and collaborating with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
- Make child safety the top priority at all times.
- Keep the space clean and organized.
- Help create an environment where children feel supported and included.
- Build strong relationships with teammates, children, families, and school staff.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
Qualifications
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment.
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely.
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
