About the Role

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills.
- Adhere to login and production hours:
- Total: 10:00 hrs
- Production: 9:00 hrs
- Maintain punctuality and follow break schedules.
- Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Language Proficiency:
- Mandatory: English & Hindi (90% volume)
- Preferred: Vernacular languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam) (10% volume)
- SVAR Score: 48 and Above
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
- Well-articulated sentences.
- Strong comprehension, expression, tone & pronunciation.
- Speech clarity, perfect diction, and fluency.
- Verbal: English & Hindi (primary).
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

Work Schedule & Location
- Shift Timings:
- Male employees: 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Female employees: Rotational day shifts.
- Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
- Location: DivyaSree Omega Building, Block C, First Floor, Tech Mahindra LTD.
Compensation
- Fresher: ~₹16,000 Approx take-home (2.56 LPA)
- 12 Months on Paper BPO Experience: ~₹18,000 Approx take-home (2.87 LPA)
- 24 Months on Paper BPO Experience: ~₹21,000 Approx take-home (3.21 LPA)
