About the Role
Cornerstone Advisors is offering a 10-week Consulting Summer Internship Program for rising seniors and MBA students. This paid, full-time internship provides immersive, hands-on experience in management consulting, focusing on serving banks, credit unions, and financial services organizations.
- Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Phoenix Metro Area) - On Site
- Dates: May 17th – July 23rd, 2027
- Requirement: Must have a May/June 2028 graduation date.
Program Overview
The internship is designed for motivated students seeking to understand how consulting firms address complex business challenges, gain exposure to the banking and fintech industry, and develop transferable consulting skills. Interns will work directly with clients, conduct research, and present a Capstone project to company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support active client projects alongside consultants and partners.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to inform project deliverables.
- Build financial models, benchmark data, and industry analyses.
- Present Capstone findings to company leadership and peers.
- Engage with a formal mentor and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate rising seniors or MBA rising 2nd-year students graduating May/June 2028.
- Majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Analytics, or related fields.
- GPA 3.5+ required.

- U.S. work authorization required.
