Kitchen Food Server

About the Role

This is a full-time Kitchen Food Server role at Novotel hotel Jodhpur. The role involves accurately receiving food orders from the kitchen, plating and presenting dishes, and delivering food promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive food orders from the kitchen.
• Plate and present dishes according to standards.
• Deliver food promptly to guests or service counters.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Restock supplies.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene guidelines are followed.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate orders and handle special requests.
• Support smooth meal service during peak hours.
• Courteously interact with guests when required.
• Assist with basic queries.
• Support other food and beverage operations as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
• Basic Cooking or kitchen support skills
• Ability to follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety protocols
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in local language
• English communication skills are beneficial

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage.
• Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
