Graduate Management Trainee

About the Role

The Graduate Management Trainee will support the end-to-end operations of India’s Future Investors, working closely with production, content, marketing, and finance teams in an on-site role based in Noida. This full-time position involves coordinating day-to-day activities such as scheduling shoots, tracking tasks, assisting in contestant management, and supporting logistics for challenges and live segments. The trainee will help gather and analyze data related to audience engagement, show performance, and operational efficiency, preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with numbers, data, and basic financial concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, emails, and presentations.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and fast-paced production schedules.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact professionally with participants and partners.
• Adaptability and resilience under pressure, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset suited to a dynamic reality show environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, media, communications, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in finance, investing, entertainment, or reality shows.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida with flexible hours when required by production schedules.
