Technology Intern, Delhi NCR

About the Role

INNERWISE GLOBAL is seeking a full-time, on-site Technology Intern based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the development and maintenance of technology solutions for the InnerWise app, including software updates, feature testing, and basic troubleshooting. The intern will collaborate with product and engineering teams, document requirements, analyze user feedback, and contribute to process improvements. Daily tasks include technical research, report preparation, supporting small projects, and assisting with cross-functional initiative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of technology solutions powering the InnerWise app.
• Assist with software updates, feature testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support technology and product decisions.
• Clear and professional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation.
• Foundational knowledge in information technology, including basic software, systems, or app-related concepts.
• Ability to assist with project management activities such as task tracking, documentation, and coordination.
• Research skills to gather technical and product-related information, benchmark solutions, and summarize findings.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in digital health, well-being technologies, or AI-based applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
