Oracle Cloud HCM Associate Analyst

About the Role

• Undergoing Oracle Fusion training.
• Proactively working on gaining required skills.
• Interest to work from the Hyderabad office.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Qualified candidates must have a Masters or equivalent degree.
• Experience or trained on Oracle ERP – FIN, SCM, PPM, CX, HCM is an added advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model.

Additional & Desired Skills

• Domain experience in Human Resource, Finance & Accounting, or Operations will be an added advantage.
• Experience in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation would be a huge plus.
• Knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, SQL, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to software development in Java and Object Oriented Development.
