Content Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends. This role offers hands-on experience in managing corporate social media channels, planning content, tracking performance, and contributing to brand visibility and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create content ideas, captions, and briefs for posts, reels, and videos.
• Schedule and publish weekly content across social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content ideas.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Work on ideas to increase followers, engagement, and overall social media reach.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for content creation and posting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Creative thinking and a strong interest in social media and content creation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
• Ability to write engaging captions and develop content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media analytics.
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or other content creation tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BMS, MBA, or PGDM, preferably with a specialisation in Marketing.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant academic projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
