About the Role

Ram Realty Advisors LLC is a real estate investment management firm. This is an eight-week internship opportunity to work on live deals alongside the Development, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full real estate lifecycle.

The Opportunity

• Gain hands-on exposure to the full real estate lifecycle, from site identification and underwriting to stabilized property performance.
• Develop real technical skills and a deep understanding of at least one market.
• Produce work product suitable for future interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate Deals:
• Assist in sourcing and screening potential acquisition and development opportunities.
• Build cash flow projections, rent and sales comparables, and detailed financial models to assess preliminary feasibility.
• Help determine pricing parameters and draft letters of intent to purchase.
• Gather and review due diligence materials, including surveys, title work, environmental reports, and third-party studies.
• Become a Market Expert:
• Take ownership of submarkets in the assigned region, researching demographics, employment drivers, schools, and local points of interest.
• Build a market survey of 5–7 competitive properties and visit each in person to evaluate positioning.
• Produce market research reports on comparable properties and demographic trends.
• See Development in Action:
• Support the predevelopment process with project management tasks to move design and construction forward.
• Understand How Assets Perform:
• Review monthly operating packages and provide feedback.
• Trace information to its source team and interview team members to understand decision-making drivers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excel and Word proficiency.
• Argus experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or graduate student currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• Master's students in real estate, construction, finance, or a related field are strongly preferred.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to see properties firsthand.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial streak.
