Campus Growth Intern (Paid, Remote, All Streams)

About the Role

Suman is a mental wellness platform seeking Campus Growth Interns. The role is for students who believe mental health matters and want to help reach students who need Suman.

The Setup

• Fair compensation, 100% remote, from your own campus, anywhere in India.
• No fixed hours: 3 hrs or 10 hrs a week, your call. Campus activities happen during your college week.
• Focus on your campus actually starting to use Suman, and every activity is run safely and well.
• Duration: 3 months, extendable.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring Suman to your campus: help classmates discover it and get started.
• Run campus activities: e.g., a 7-night sleep challenge, exam-week calm rooms, "share your story" sessions, comedy skits.
• Partner with your student council, clubs, and fest teams to integrate Suman into campus life.
• Share honest feedback from your batch regarding what helps students, what doesn't, and what they wish existed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled in any UG or PG program in India: medical, engineering, MBA, law, arts, science, commerce.
• People on your campus already trust you and come to you.
• Experience organizing something before: an event, a club, a fest team, a WhatsApp community.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a room.
• Proficient with Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Discipline to deliver without constant supervision.

• One thing you've organized before, and how it went.
• How you'd get 100 batchmates to try Suman in your first month, without pushing anyone.
