About the Role
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. This team overlooks the entire processes that start from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimizing working capital providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes.
- Solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers.
- Implementing client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships.
- Monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
- Solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Providing detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Primary skill: Account Management
- Good Accounting knowledge
- Cash applications
- Reconciliation of suspense accounts in cash application
- Processing from payment receipt to finalization

- BCom
- Logical thinking
- Ability to manage work in tough times
