Sales and Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Intern role is focused on supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness for Latentsig AI. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing processes in an early-stage, AI-focused startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching target markets.
• Identifying prospective customers.
• Assisting with outreach via email, social media, and other digital channels.
• Preparing sales presentations, demos, and marketing collateral.
• Participating in introductory calls to understand customer needs.
• Tracking leads in CRM tools.
• Supporting basic customer service inquiries.
• Gathering feedback.
• Helping analyze campaign performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
• Basic Sales skills, including lead research, prospecting, and support for follow-up activities.
• Training and Sales Management support skills, such as assisting with onboarding materials, playbooks, and tracking sales activities.
• Interest and familiarity with generative AI, technology, and startup environments; willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• High agency candidates.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM or spreadsheet tools).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with strong fundamental understanding of AI is preferred.
• Only Bengaluru candidates are preferred.
