Application Support or IT Support

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated calls and critical tasks including Backup restore and maintain the log book of every incident.
• Perform SOP based activities including App support, User and Access Management, Backup and Restoration, Date and Time Check, Windows Controller Checks, and Pre-emptive Maintenance Checks.
• Handle escalated plant support issues.
• Coordinate plant IT projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections of plant IT facilities.
• Develop and update plant support documentation.
• OS Installation.
• OS Trouble shooting, Hardware Trouble shooting.
• User accounts creation, maintenance and password recovery.
• Maintain Network and trouble shooting.
• Sharing and security.
• Remote Assistance Remote Desktop.
• Adding System into Domain.
• User id creation, modification, disable as per 21CFR in different applications like Zenon, Visual.
• Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting the printer in Zenon, Visual, and other applications.
• Taking backups in Zenon, Visual, Simatic WinCC Runtime, Kilian HMI, Hata Indusoft, Ecostructure, Lin Mot Talk.
• Configuring Outlook and troubleshooting Outlook related issues.
• Troubleshooting communication related issues in Production Packing equipments.
• User id creation, modification, disable processes as per 21CFR which are used in packing like Pharma Pack, Jekson, SPAN, Retrack communication BPO application.
• Taking manual backup and Restore.
• Review the data as per periodic schedule and Adhoc.
• Supporting and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues in applications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior experience in pharma application.
• Experience in GxP.
• Experience taking backups in Zenon, Visual, Simatic WinCC Runtime, Kilian HMI, Hata Indusoft, Ecostructure, Lin Mot Talk.
• Experience with Sato and TSC printer installation in network local level and troubleshooting.
• Experience with 21CFR compliance for user ID management in applications like Zenon, Visual, Pharma Pack, Jekson, SPAN, Retrack communication BPO application.
• OS Installation.
