Product Testing & Operations Associate (Part-Time)

About the Role

小步网络 (ORI Labs) is seeking a Part-Time Product Testing & Operations Associate based in the United States. This remote role focuses on hands-on product testing and has the potential to transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth testing of ORI and competing AI products across realistic scenarios and commonly used U.S. apps.
• Log into relevant apps, execute assigned scenarios, record response and completion times, and capture screenshots.
• Evaluate task completion, accuracy, safety, efficiency, user experience, and evidence of execution.
• Produce structured test reports containing scores, observations, failure analysis, and product recommendations.
• Retest scenarios when prompts, workflows, or product capabilities are updated.
• Research U.S. consumer behavior, popular apps, market needs, and high-value use cases.
• Identify and contact relevant KOLs, creators, communities, early users, and potential partners.
• Support local user recruitment and offline activities.
• Share daily results with the team and respond to review feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently based in the United States and familiar with common U.S. apps and consumer behavior.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in testing AI or technology products.
• Able to provide structured, specific feedback.
• Comfortable with researching, contacting KOLs, and communicating with potential users.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• US Citizen ONLY.

Qualifications

• Product testing, product operations, user research, market research, or creator partnership experience is preferred.

Account and Data Requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable using their personal accounts or real user information (name, phone, email, mailing address, payment method) for testing if required.
• The company does not currently provide testing accounts, devices, email addresses, or payment methods.
• No purchases or charges should be made unless approved in advance with a reimbursement arrangement.

Engagement & Compensation

• Part-time compensation: USD 1,500–3,000 per month, depending on interview results, experience, responsibilities, and actual hours worked.
• Working hours will be recorded, and final compensation terms will be confirmed before onboarding.
• Required training and retesting time will be handled according to the signed compensation agreement.
• A cooperation agreement covering confidentiality, responsibilities, and data use will be signed before work begins.
• Strong performers may be considered for a future full-time position.
• Ability to start immediately.
