Position: Business Operations & Strategy Intern
About the Role
Mithila Bhoj Private Limited is seeking a proactive, organized, and curious intern to understand startup operations. The company is building a food brand focusing on authentic traditional flavors of Mithila and creating economic opportunities for rural women.
Location: MIITIE Building, DCE Campus, Mabbi, Darbhanga, Bihar
Work Mode: On-site
Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Business operations, inventory, and stock management
- Excel/Google Sheets and documentation
- Professional emails and calendar coordination
- AI tools for research and productivity
- Basic video editing, reels, and collaborations
- Day-to-day startup execution while working directly with the founders
