SAP EHS Consultant

About the Role

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and align with organizational financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
• Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities (SAP EHSM Specific)

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of SAP EHSM – Incident Management, SAP Product Safety and Stewardship Management (on HANA is an added advantage).
• Demonstrates end-to-end process knowledge and implementation experience for the following processes:
• Regulatory Content Management
• REACH
• RoHS
• China RoHS
• Product Compliance Management
• Product Safety Compliance Management
• Compliance check process
• Campaign Management
• BOMBOS
• Custom compliance solutions
• Demonstrates working knowledge of standard and custom compliance reports and the ability to deliver standard solutions.
• Has hands-on experience with integration with different SAP or non-SAP systems.
• Possesses a very good understanding of SAP EHSM solution on HANA 1709.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of Industry Product Compliance processes.
• Integrations with logistic modules.
• Strong knowledge of HANA platforms.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
• One or two industry domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
• Client interfacing skills.
• Project and team management skills.
